Crimson-Bellied Parakeet, Rare best 1864 Hand Colored Lithograph, Original Antique Bird Print

Original hand-colored stone lithograph of the crimson-bellied parakeet (Conurus Rhodogaster) by German zoological artist, Joseph Wolf. M & N Hanhart completed the impression and then it was beautifully water colored by hand. It is rare antique lithograph produced for the 1864 Proceedings of the Zoological Society of London.

Approx. 6-1/4" x 8-1/2"

Condition:
Very good. Clean with excellent original hand color.

It will be packaged in a plastic sleeve on a backing and will best ship within a rigid mailer for protection.
