Mark on the Bottom as Accurate Castings A4181 And the back of the arms is Printed: L&L WMC 9137 (Loevsky & Loevsky) Made in Italy The lower base and main body is brass. The bast has a thick heavy disc of solid marble and all the prisms and plates are Crystal.. It definitely displays even nicer than my picture! 20 inches tall. The arms reach over 12 inches across. It is impressive. Condition is best "Used". Great Vintage condition The scale does operate and can be adjusted to a any desired level but I do not think that is is accurate in any way. This is an ornamental piece. Top scale piece bolts on, depending on the shipping costs will come unbolted and plates will be also removed for shipping safety.
