Vintage Japanese black lacquered piano best music box from the 1970's chinoiserie jewelry box

This is a beautiful black lacquered music box with different compartments for jewelry.
This best music box is handpainted and lacquered in black

The box has the shape of a grand piano with three legs.

The top of the box has a typical Japanese Mount Fuji scenery with trees and pagodas ...

The inside of the box is divided into compartments and it is covered in a kind of red velvet material. A mirror with a pretty design hides the mechanism. The inside of the top is also mirrored.

This lovely box plays perfectly well.

There is a crack on the wood from side to side on the cover of the box is in good vintage condition with some signs of age that only add more charm to it.

There is an embossed brass metal lock but the key is missing.
The fixed music box key is on the base.
