We are offering this beautiful Antique John Maddock and Sons Royal Vitreous china small platter. This rare pattern features a stylized floral rim with vermillion, blue, and green twining vines accented with gold bands. The pattern nods to art nouveau design and is also reminiscent of illumination on Medival books. The maker's mark which features "Ltd." indicates that these plates are from the period 1896-1906.

This platter is in nice antique condition; it is over 100 years old.
