Vintage best Ethnic Turkomen pendant necklace originally clothing ornament with stone

This ethnic Turkoman pendant would have been originally used on a piece of woman clothing...
The central "stone" is preassumbed to be red glass...
condition...typical considering age and use...
total length 5+ inches x 2.5 inches wide

pendant is shipped on a long suade/leather tong...which can be knotted and cut to any length...
