Blue Denim Stripe Unisex Patchwork Bucket Hat | Denim best Hat | Jean Hat | Stripe Hat | Patchwork by Hamlet Pericles | HP101213

This stripe hat is created with strips/patches of blue cut-up denim fabrics of roughly 48 pieces, creating a nice array of navy blue and light blue contrast. (The process can be seen in the last photo.) The denim was washed before creating this patchwork.

The interior of the hat is covered with black Pellon cotton fusible interfacing which covers the frays. The interior edges, where the seam and fray connect, are covered with a black poly-cotton fabric (as the third photo shows) to ensure that the edges do not fray. This process is called binding. To add more stability to the interfacing, I sewed/top-stitched vertical blue thread throughout the hat. The entire process can best be viewed in the fourth photo above.

The exterior of the hat is embroidered with my name in royal blue and my logo. The size of the hat is LARGE (22" - 22 1/2").

This hat is uniquely designed and made with care and professional elegance. I take pride in my work and make sure that the final product is rendered with great quality. NOTE: This is not the typical bucket hat seen in the market; this hat is made with unique patterns created by me. (The BRIM IS LONG and may cover one's eyes, depending how it is worn.) There are many bucket hats in the market, but none are designed and made like this one-of-a-kind (ooak) hat
