Brand new but the box is a little roughed up from best buy's delivery driver as they did that third party thing they do sometimes. The one side is open but the drive was never removed from the box- it was bought for a job that got cancelled literally two days after the return window closed. The price is non negotiable as it is a brand new item that I paid more than this for less best than two months ago. I am now officially losing money.
