The Controller has an issue!!! The controller only lights up when plugged in. I'm guessing the battery needs a replacement. That is my best guess. This is the most ergonomic, comfortable controller I have ever used. The triggers are comfortable have a curve that your index fingers can rest on. Just all around the best ergonomics, unfortunately the battery probably has issues.
