Vintage 1970s Victor best Costa Pink White Polka Dot Taffeta Ruffle Dress Medium 6 8

Please click "Learn More About Item" in description to read it in its entirety before purchasing. Very lovely vintage misses' dress by Victor Costa for Lillie Rubin circa 1970s. Lightweight white taffeta fabric with light pink and dark dusty rose polka dots. Deep scoop neckline adorned with ruffles, long sleeves with ruffle cuffs, ruffled bottom hem on full skirt. Lightly elasticized waist. Hidden back zip closure. Self fabric belt with light pink fabric floral brooch. Skirt has one hidden hip pocket. Front bodice and back neckline are lined.

Dress is in best excellent vintage condition with no stains or holes. There is a small run in fabric near an elbow (see second to last picture) -- not very noticeable. There is a tag for alterations still attached (was made a little shorter) -- if it was worn at all, it probably wasn't worn much.

When laid flat, dress measures 18" across at bust (up to 36" Bust), 15" across at waist (up to 30" Waist), 25" across at hip (up to 50" hip), and is about 41" long from shoulder to bottom hem. Would probably best fit a modern US size Medium or 6-8.
