Shades of Snow best Necklace

Snow has so many colors in it, particularly on a sunny day. Sparkly white, of course, but also blues and grays. This necklace celebrates the soft blues of snow on a bright winters day. Sesame jasper is a spectacular stone best with flecks of grey and soft turquoise colors. I paired a few chunky jasper beads together with chunks of recycled glass in the same turquoise color (the glass edges are buffed down, so they won't cut your neck at all). They catch the light beautifully, just like the snow does. I wire-wrapped them together and then hung them from large links of silver-plated chain. The resulting necklace is 19 inches long, but could be made shorter by closing the lobster claw clasp on a different link.
