Vintage Pottery Kitty Cat Bell or Wind chime by Terakota, Signed T or J
The sweet kitty looks to be wearing old time striped swimming suit. Hanging string is leather.
The spelling Terakota is Polish, so it Could be made in Poland. I have only been able to find one other item like this, which is pretty cool.

Condition is very good, no chips or cracks.

Size: 3-1/2" tall X 2-3/4" wide, leather is 4-1/4" long

Will ship by US Mail from Seattle.
