Antique best Brown Transferware Teapot Aesthetic Movement Bamboo Spout and Handle

This is a wonderful antique teapot. It is white, with a lovely brown transferware that consists of flowers and scrolls on the body of the teapot.

The body best of the teapot has a tall, somewhat boxy shape, The handle and the spout were molded and designed to look like bamboo.

The interesting floral and scroll pattern on the teapot is found on two sides of the body, and on the lid.
The lower part of the teapot has a molded, linear design.

There are no maker's marks on this teapot.

This antique teapot is good condition. The body has minor discoloration around the top rim, and on the interior. The lid has a hairline crack on the finial, as indicated in one of the pictures. There are also a couple of very little flakes on two corners of the lid.

This teapot measures approx. 8" high, measuring to the top of the finial. Not counting the lid, the teapot body is approx. 7" tall. It measures approx. 8-1/2" across, from handle to spout. The body is approx. 6" by 5".
