Absolutely Gorgeous Designer Montage by Mon Cheri Formal Dress Worn at my sons wedding. Pictures don't do it justice. Bought at our local wedding shop. It is fully lined, scalloped bottom, flickers of rhinestones throughout the gown. A slit goes up the back. I have sewn bra pads in so no need to fool with a strapless bra. The gown is strapless. The back has the sheer scarf that hangs down the back. The scarf comes up around the shoulders to give the effect of an off the shoulder look.
