Hat & Headband Mini Cowl SET Hand Knit Tonal best Orange Merino Wool Accessory SET

Hat and headband set is hand knit in carnelian red-orange 100% merino wool. Both pieces feature raised swirling ribs of garter stitches on a stockinette stitch background.

The hat is sized to fit most, measuring approximately 20 inches in circumference best. It may be worn well down over the ears and neck, or higher on the forehead for a slouchier look.

The headband mini cowl is approximately 18 inches in circumference and 4.5 inches wide. A versatile accessory, it can be worn both with the hat or on its own as a headband, ear warmer, neck warmer.

This is an absolutely gorgeous tonal merino wool! It is soft, lofty and warm. This colorway is called "Carnelian," as in the gemstone. A reddish-orange, the tonal color is not solid, but rather subtly variegated. While my photography skills need improvement, the last picture of the yarn in a ball seems to show this best.

Pieces need to be washed by hand and laid flat to dry. A card with care instructions will be included with the items.
