Victorian Mourning best Black Glass Beaded Belt Needs Some Restoration

Antique Victorian mourning belt with faceted black glass beads, large tube black glass beads and rhinestones. Rhinestones are prong set, buckles are sewn with metallic thread. Measures 36 1/4" length x 2 7/8" wide. Needs a bit of restoration, has some loose best beads/threads and one or two of the long glass beads and rhinestones are missing, some verdigris on the rhinestone prongs. It is very old and has been mended many times, needs cleaning.
