best This sweet little dress or bubble is made with polyester and cotton seersucker with fine stripes of light blue and white. The angel sleeves are trimmed with white lace. The outfit is closed at the bottom with three gripper snaps, and at the back with three little white shank buttons. The outfit is hand-smocked with a pretty design of tiny pink flowers set into a geometric wave design in blue, white and green. All seams are serged and the neckline is bound with matching fabric bias binding. Please indicate in the Personalization section whether you would like a dress or a bubble and if you would like the angel sleeves plain, with white lace or with white eyelet.
