This fancy dress is made with layers of white and light blue colored tulle attached to a white crochet top. Beautiful white flowers adorn the top with rhinestone accents in some of the flowers. Adjustable lace straps tie in a bow at the back of the dress for a stunning look. White satin ribbon adorns the dress with white rosettes for a beautiful one of a kind dress.
