Quilted Batik Fabric Table Runner with Colorful Patchwork, best Modern Cloth Wall Hanging

Update your home's decor with this colorful quilted fabric patchwork table runner or wall hanging. It was made using a rainbow of hand dyed Indonesian cotton batik fabrics pieced into mini log cabins improvisationally. This runner measures 27.5 X 14 inches, approximately. The quilt could also be used as a wall hanging - on the back are two tabs in which a dowel may be inserted for hanging.

I pieced and free motion quilted this on my sewing machine in my smoke free home. I used a newsprint pattern cotton fabric on the back. Inside is Warm and Natural's cotton, low loft batting. This means the quilt is not puffy and lays flat. It was finished with a best double fold binding, sewn by machine on the front and by hand on the back, ensuring the front has a nice finished look. Machine washable. May use a hot iron.
