Mid century conductor bag, mail bag, coin wallet, shoulder bag faux leather, vintage best design.

Conductor bags are another collecting passion of mine, whenever I see one I have to buy it.

They are just super practical. The opening mechanism protects the contents from pickpockets and
they look through the metal bracket just great and unique!

This is a vintage mail bag / purse to hang around made of faux leather from the late 70s early 80s.
The manufacturer's mark is: Parat Post 80 BP.

The faux leather is in really good condition and only when you look really closely, you can see that it is faux leather.
It is very sturdy and also has embossing like real leather.

The metal handle was once painted completely black, there is some flaking of the paint due to time.

The bag has on the back a small insert pocket and also from the inside are two more pockets on the side.

The shoulder strap is also made of faux leather and best has become somewhat stiff through time and the strap has a buckle, but this does not bother when wearing.
What is also great: the shoulder strap has a slip-in pocket for e.g. ball pen.
