This is for a GI Joe 1984 Storm Shadow 100% Complete with File Card 3.75 inch action figure. The figure is complete with all accessories. Figure has nice white color paint and looks great overall. Action figure has tight joints and no cracked elbows or broken waist. It best is in great condition for it's age. The card and card bubble is new and in mint condition. The card bubble is attached to the card back with small removable magnets which allows you to remove the action figure from the bubble without damaging the card back. This way you can display the figure both outside or inside of the original packaging. All of Storm Shadows accessories are the battle gear third party accessories and not the hasbro brand.
