Early Handwoven Wool Center-seam Blanket/Throw. Double-sided. Rose. 65” square best

Beautiful hand woven wool blanket with a hand/stitched center seam. It is a rose pink with white stripes and finished by hand with a darker wool thread blanket stitch. There is a small loss of wool, (not a hole), @3/4” in one spot which could be reinforced or just used as is. One side is a bit darker in color than the other (see photo). I think this is an early example of hand wool weaving, perhaps pre-Civil War. The blanket has been recently cleaned and is ready to use. It is very high quality wool, thick but soft. best
