White merino wool vintage 1930s inspired tilt best hat with white rose and feathers in shades of blue

This buttery soft merino wool hat in cream and white is a lovely throwback to the stylish 1930s. The silk rose and blue feathers add a touch of flirty fun and elegance. This hat is handmade by wet felting, best with the embellishments sewn on. Hat has been lightly stiffened with fabric stiffener. Hat size is a medium, roughly 22". You will need to use a bobby pin or hat pin to keep the hat securely positioned on your head.
