Rare, Vintage Halloween Blinky Glow Lite Blow Mold Skull. These could also be hung on the window, but t's missing the suction cup attachment. You can easily add your own. Also, this best does not come with a bulb. Or a box, but does have an original instruction/advertisement insert. (The one pictured on the insert is their pumpkin blow mold from the same line).
