Vintage Sterling best Silver New Zealand Paua Shell Clover Shamrock Leaf Brooch

This beautiful brooch is from New Zealand and features an inlay of well figured Paua Shell to the sterling silver.

The brooch is in the shape of a clover leaf or shamrock best and is suspended from a bar also set with Paua Shell.

There is a simple hook closure and the added safety of a chain and pin. The back of both parts are stamped for Silver, one silver and the other Stg Silver in the unique New Zealand and Australian manner.

The brooch is quite large and makes a statement.

There is no damage and the shell is full of colour and very glossy.

The clover leaf is 35mm x 35mm and the length from the top of the bar to the base of the clover leaf is 50mm.
