Stamped '925' for sterling silver, as well as the artist's name
Size 9.5
gemstone & setting roughly 3/4 of an inch by 3/4 of an inch
ring shank just over 1/8 of an inch thick

Some general wear and a little tarnishing. This could easily be polished away if desired, but I prefer to leave my vintage pieces showing their age.
