ANTIQUE RARE RENAISSANCE EUGENE FARCOT FRENCH REPOUSSE BRASS OVAL WALL CLOCK Mid Antique highly decorated French repousse oval cased clock by Eugene Farcot of Paris. He was in business between 1864 and 1888 in Paris, France. It has a fabulous brass case decorated with mythical beasts and neoclassical motifs. Brass case is tarnishing in places. Has a medusa or starburst lady face pendulum. Tick tack type brass movement stamped: “Farcot B” / “C.G.D.G.” / “A Paris” and a serial number. Porcelain numerals are good with no cracks.  A great clock for best your collection. Dimensions: Oval case 22 x 16 inches, with a 7 inches dial in diameter and 2.25 inches deep. The clock would fully run but no key for that reason this is sold as is l.
