Vintage best Frederick Cooper antique brass? canister jar style lamp

Here we have a vintage Frederick Cooper antique brass ? canister style shaped lamp. The lamp is in good vintage condition; it has a tarnished or antiqued brass look. I dont know if this was brass and it aged or if this is intentional; this is how I found it. I used a magnet, and it does not magnetize. It does not appear to be copper. The surface has some surface scratches here and there; it has a dark brown stained wood base. The base has a few nicks but overall in good condition. The cord itself has an old style plug so I'm thinking this lamp must be an older one. The lamp has a foiled sticker; Frederick Cooper, Chicago on lamp socket. It has a white printed name on the bottom before the base in white letters; Cooper; see pics. Measures 23" from base to top of socket. 12" across. best
