Vintage best Leslie James Flechet, Made in France, Fashion Hat, Wool, Sequin, Ribbons

Incredible vintage hat. So much style! The piece has three maker marks inside. The largest label is for Leslie James, the hat designer. Also printed in the center of the hat is Flechet Made in France stamp, the hat manufacture. Also is the label from best Graham's Millinery in Tacoma, the seller of the hat. It ha a tag that reads 22. There is a comb sewn into the hat. The hat feels like wool. There are three ribbons in each their own shade on the exterior of the hat. One side of the ribbon is decorated with sequin patterns. Such a sharp look that combines some sophistication with fun. The ribbon shows a little age. The hat is in overall very good condition. Height just over 4.5". The base measures: 9.5" x 7.75".
