No chips or external cracking best noted, however this is some light surface scratches and some crazing (internal cracks). See photos for the very best description.

Made by Matisse - which was the enameled jewelry made by the Renoir Company of California (went out of business in 1964. The founders went on to create the well known company called "Curtis Jere"). The designer/founder of Renoir thought of their jewelry as miniature sculptures, and they truly are tiny treasures to wear and enjoy.
