Small notebook wooden cover and cat head cutout - skull best visible inside - handmade.

Wooden covered notebook with cat head on front. The first page has an image of a cat skull that is seen inside the head when the book is closed. The dark wood stain is finished with a glossy lacquer. The book is bound with Coptic stitching.

Size of book is approximately 95 mm best x 136 mm (3.7 x 5.5 inches) - slightly smaller than an A6 page.

The book has 9 signatures with 12 blank pages each (108 pages in total)

I hand cut the image on the front using a scroll saw. The pages are bound with Coptic stitching displayed on the spine.The stitching is done with bees-waxed embroidery floss. Coptic stitching allows the book to open completely and lay flat when writing/drawing/painting.

This notebook is quite unique and I truly enjoy making these.
