Vintage White Cotton Saks Fifth Avenue best Eyelet Blouse

This beautiful Saks Fifth Avenue cotton blouse has an elaborate eyelet and embroidered design. It is is very good condition and show little sign of wear, but the yellow embroidered tag is a fraying at the ends and the blouse may have a general age-related discolouration that makes it more of an ivory colour and not a stark white.

The front has plastic shank style buttons up the front and there are bust darts. Around the bottom of the front are 2 diagonal darts, as well.

The design of the embroidery seems to be created for this piece. The denser embroidery falls on the hem (front and back), collar, cuffs, and around the closures.

The best piece does not have a sizing label. The following measurements were taken with the blouse flat. Please compare the measurements against a garment you own and that would give you a similar fit:
