Easy 1950s 2 piece Designer Dress by Jack Horwitz.

Overblouse with sleeve in one has underarm gusset. High bateau neckline in front, slightly scooped in back. Back buttoned - - hipline belt from side seams finished with center back bow. Soft waistline gathers at side fronts. Decorative pocket flap. Slim wiggle skirt has back walking pleat.
