Clutch Purse best Evening Bag Kimono Silk Sakura Buds & Jigami

This beautiful tomesode silk features sakura buds and jigami (fan shape) with hand-painted gold accents. Back side of purse is solid black taken from the same fabric. Pale pink lining is 100% cotton with a side pocket. Purse makes a lovely one-of-a-kind piece for any formal occasion or night on the town.

Purse measures approximately 9.5" wide x 5" tall x 2.5" deep. Metal frame is bronze/antique gold. Has loops inside for a chain (chain may vary based on inventory).

Kimono best fabric is unusual in that a bolt of fabric is only 14” wide on average with both edges sealed to prevent fraying. As the pieces of fabric have been part of a vintage kimono there may be pinholes, creases, spots, or discoloration. I try when possible to cut around any major flaws. Kimono fabric may be silk, polyester, or a combination of silk and synthetic fibers. For my purses, I am trying to only use fabric from vendors who I trust to accurately identify silk versus synthetic. I will only use fabric that has been identified as silk, but there are various grades of silk, and I am not an expert.
