5.10 m linen fabric bales, antique farmer's linen.
Dowry lines, hemp clotheslines for towels, placemats and tea towels, made around 1930.

German workmanship, linen from Northern Hesse.
Red stripes are woven all around.

Still natural beige, slightly shaded with beautiful texture. The chain seems to be made of flax. The shot is made of hemp linen, not yet very bleached. There are isolated lignin pieces / straw pieces and sometimes thicker threads woven in. From time to time you can see a thread attachment piece. It is hand-spun, hand-woven farmer's linen. Old craftsmanship / weaving from Germany, with the small irregularities of manual work.

It's a super nice historical fabric that gets a little thicker after washing.

Sales unit: 5.10 m bales. Width approx. 0.58 m. Each towel is about 0.85 cm long, hence the number of meters with comma. You get fabric for 6 towels, or 2 long table runners.

It is delivered in one piece. Weight approx. 1 kilo.

Stored for a long time, possibly slightly dusty, please wash once.

A great fabric. Can also be best used for cushion covers, bags or as a chair upholstery cover.
