Signed: "Hobe Sterling design Pat'd" (partially hidden by the clasp.

Condition: Very good, no damage.

Hobe had a colorful history dating back to Paris in 1887, when master Jeweler Jacques Hobe worked for the court.
His grandson William Hobe came to best the United States in 1920 and opened a family business. The sterling pieces are very collectible.
This piece is from between 1941 and 1947.
