Vintage best 1940s Sterling Silver Flower Brooch Gold Filled

Item: This is a classic 1940s sterling silver floral brooch with both yellow and rose gold plating and red rhinestones. Much of the costume jewelry made during World War II was cast in sterling silver as the harder metals were needed for the war effort. If the designer preferred a gold tone the piece would be plated in gold like this brooch. This is in very good condition with light wear and patina consistent with age.
