1. Send me a high quality image to work with through Etsy Messages. Face details should be easily seen. You can ask if it is high enough quality before ordering. After I have confirmed your photo you can place your order.

2. Once I receive the best picture with the order I will get to work and finish it as quickly as possible.

3. I will send you a preview of the drawing before I ship it out. If you are not satisfied with the drawing before it is shipped out I will work with you to make things right.
