Vintage boudoir lamp, made in Japan I believe, this is a figural glazed bisque porcelain statue of a couple in colonial dress--she in a long pink gown with flowered under apron, he in a green jacket with gold striped knickers. The lamp dates to the middle 20th century. Markings possibly on the base but it was previously glued to something with cardboard possibly and I haven't tried to remove it. best Slightly dusty from being stored. It would be particularly sweet in a bedroom or bathroom, or perhaps sitting on the piano. The lamp is in very good vintage condition.
