Charming and sturdy sewing box wood with light veneer finish with wood handle brass hinge top opens and stays put due to locking arm piece. Small 1.25” deep shelf across back of inside. Stripe details and floral appliqué sticker design. 11.5” square and 9.5” tall with 1.5” tall wood handle. Heavy and sturdy. Probably handmade. In good condition with one small 2” strip of Veneer missing on back edge of the lid. Some scratching and faded/ missing veneer finish due to age and use. best Filled with vintage and antique threads, stick sewing pins, needles, etc.
