Bolt-Action best Bullet Pen in Figured Hawaiian Koa Wood and Brass Hardware

This is a handmade bolt-action rifle pen, with a body made of figured Hawaiian koa wood. Turned on a lathe, the warm, rich look of the tropical hardwood nicely complements the antique brass plating on the hardware. The realistic bolt-action handle smoothly advances and retracts to securely lock the refill in place. Includes a bolt action rifle clip and a replica 30 caliber cartridge and rose gold bullet tip for added authenticity.

The beautiful, rich koa wood used in this pen contains attractive figure sometimes called "curl" or "tiger" figure. It exhibits a rich, undulating chatoyance when rotated, as the light causes the grain ripples to shimmer. Try as I might, the best photos really don't do it justice.

Black ink ballpoint; accepts standard Parker-style refills, which are widely available at any office supply store or online.

Standard item includes a basic presentation box (example shown in second-to-last photo), to give this hand-crafted pen to that special loved one and/or keep it on display.

Upgrade option: for an additional $5, I will provide instead a miniature rifle case (example pictured in the last photo), complete with padded interior. This small accessory really makes a great presentation for this pen.
