Late 1980's-early 1990's vintage navy floral dress by Paquette Too! Romantic chintz-style floral in pastel colors. Ecru lace collar. Padded and gathered shoulders. 3/4 length sleeves. Dropped V waist. Pleats at the waist. Midi length skirt. Nylon zip up the back. Unlined, but opaque.
