Exceptional best antique maroon velvet ring box with cream velvet plinth

An exceptiona velvet ring box. This style of ring box is particularly rare.

The lush, rich maroon velvet lid opens to reveal a raised cream velvet plinth for your ring to sit atop. The top is silk lined.

It measures approx. 4cm square at the base and stands 3.8cm high.

An authentic genuine antique piece, this jewellery box has signs of age and best wear which enhance rather than detract. The clasp, button mechanism and hinges are in excellent working order. The velvet is in excellent condition and the cream interior is very clean. There is wear to the material that once covered the botton.
