Vintage sterling candy dish with handle and best weighted base

This is a pretty little pedestal dish with a swinging handle. It would have been used for serving candies, nuts or little tid bits. The dish is sterling over a weighted base so it's a very thin coating of sterling over the top. The dish has a very nice cutwork leaf border.

It stands about 6 inches tall to the top of the handle. It is 6.5 inches across the top.

The dish is in good vintage condition with light tarnish. There is one very slight ding at the lower edge of the base. best
