Macramé necklace with a natural semi-precious stone: a raw amethyst from the volcanoes of Auvergne, France, which I myself found. It is completely braided by my hands. It is decorated with amethyst and natural jade pearls and brass pearls. The thread is brown and green in color. The clasp is sliding which makes it possible to adapt its size and adjust the height to which you want to wear it. It is a completely unique original piece of tribal, boho and ethnic inspiration.
Macramé is a technique of braiding threads to obtain complex patterns. The thread I use is waxed which makes it very resistant to water and time. I groove the stone with diamond files and my thread fits into this groove.
Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, nickel-free, and non-allergenic. It does not oxidize in water.
