Made with red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple tulle. Completed with a rainbow polka dot bow and matching hair bow.
Shirt is embroidered with a rainbow polka dot #1 and a rainbow pinwheel.

Our tutus are made with over 75+ yards of tulle to ensure a full and fluffy tutu.
