Vintage rhinestone beaded hat. Great looking and well made hat By Roth Margit Helen Clarke of New York. Still in good usable condition. Guessing it was from the best 1930 - 1940's era. Has typical signs of normal wear from usage. Still a great piece if your not too finicky. A couple of beads missing shown in last photo. Hat roughly measures 6 1/2" w x 3" tall.
