The woods near my home are full of colorful fungi in odd shapes and sizes. I make these fanciful, one-of-kind, gouache paintings of a cozy homestead-something I haven't yet spotted but would like to! Imagine seeing a tiny spiral of smoke coming out of a mushroom cap...
