NOW ON SALE!.....I found this really ugly wooden butterfly that someone had handmade and painted. I best loved the shape, and the wood was well made and finished well, so I brought it home and decided to add my own spin to it. I painted the base black and two copper wire antennas were added complete the top of it's head. They are somewhat bendable. Notice how the upper wings stand out from the wall to really give this piece a three dimensional look. The mini mosaic tiles I used are in monarch butterfly orange, two shades of yellow, white and black. I used black grout to help those colors pop. The whole thing is sealed nicely and comes ready to hang. I really like how it turned out. Overall, the measurements are 15" x 10" and it stands out from the wall a bit over 2".
