Brown cloth cover with elaborate cover decoration of a seascape and flowers. Light soiling on cover cloth. Spine features a sail boat illustration and gilt title block. Back cover is brown with light soiling / fingerprints. Eps are clean and light yellow. Blank pages before title page are loose. Hinge cracked at title page. Title page is partially loose (3") from the bottom. Small chip on right edge of title page. Interior pages are best soft with moderate to heavy tanning throughout. Rear eps are good.
