1920's Art Deco best Black Glass Perfume Bottle

Beautiful little art best deco perfume or cologne bottle. Think this one was made in the 20's or 30's. It's all black glass with a little brown cap. The cap is made of some sort of plastic. There is a number 23 inside the cap and under the bottom of the bottle is marked Austria. The bottle is empty but still has some scent left inside. It's 3 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches wide. Some light scratching on outside of the bottle.
